Maccassil Guest House is a large, detached residence with a superb position, the only Bed and Breakfast on promenade in Hythe. We have uninterrupted views of the English Channel from Dover to Dungeness, and on a clear day, to France. The 10 metre wide promenade is peaceful and traffic free and separates us from the beach and sea.

We are ideally placed, being in the South East of England in Kent, for the Channel Tunnel (5 min) and Ferries at Folkestone and Dover (20 min). Whether you are travelling by the Channel Tunnel or by the Ferries at Dover and Folkestone, 'Maccassil' is the ideal stopover.
Maccassil is a Family run Bed and Breakfast with a warm welcome guaranteed. We offer Family, Double, Twin and Single bedrooms - all with their own private bathrooms and situated at ground floor level, ideal for the elderly or disabled. All are tastefully decorated with colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities.

We believe our prices to be the best available in Hythe for ensuite accommodation - Hotel Standard Accommodation at Bed and Breakfast prices.
We serve a Hearty Traditional English Breakfast or if preferred a lighter Continental Breakfast. At Maccassil guests have their own separate entrance that enables them to come and go as they please, as well as private parking at the rear of the premises.
